Weekly Newsletter from General Manager Justin Pamplin
Hello Sawmill Family,
The holiday season continues to bring us together, and I’m excited to share updates, reminders, and some fantastic highlights .
Christmas Potluck – Wednesday at 3 PM
Join us for a festive Christmas Potluck on Wednesday at 3 PM in Woody’s. We’ll provide the meat, and we invite you to bring your favorite side dishes to share. Let’s celebrate together as a community!
Protecting Sawmill on Social Media
As residents and lovers of Sawmill, your support on social media is invaluable. Please do your best to help correct any misinformation and spread the good word about Sawmill online. Positive interactions and accurate information go a long way in strengthening our community and reputation.
Employee Christmas Party Success
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of our Employee Christmas Party. The staff had an amazing time celebrating with great prizes, gift cards, and cherished memories. Your generosity and participation truly made the event special!
Septic System Update
We’ve made significant advances on our septic system repairs since the hurricane. However, we’re still waiting for the installation of two tanks. The ground is currently too wet for installation, but we anticipate completing this as soon as conditions improve. Thank you for your continued patience.
Welcome New Residents
A warm welcome to our newest residents, Gram Smith and Corey Spencer at site 165. We’re excited to have you as part of the Sawmill family!
Leases and Rent Increases
Leases will be going out shortly, and we will notify everyone when it’s time to sign them. Please keep an eye out for updates and communication regarding this process.
Effective Feb 1st 2025 , the monthly rent will increase by $50, bringing the total to $675 per month. Additionally, there will be a $41 internet charge to ensure continued access to reliable and high-speed internet services across the campground.
This adjustment allows us to continue providing the high-quality experience you expect and support enhancements to our facilities and infrastructure. We are committed to keeping Sawmill a welcoming and enjoyable place for all our residents and guests.
If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please feel free to contact our office during regular business hours.
Thank you all for your continued support and for being part of our vibrant and caring community. Don’t forget to stay connected by visiting my blog at floridagaycamping.com/blog for all the latest updates and happenings.
