How to Book Online 

There are a few important things to keep in mind while you are placing your reservation.

If you do not have a valid membership, we will charge your card for a yearly membership before arrival.

You may request a specific cabin number by typing it into the "reservation notes" field; however, we do not guarantee that you will receive the specific cabin/site that you request. If the requested cabin isn't available, you will be placed in another cabin of the same style (Standard, Premium, Etc)

In order to receive discounts, you must use the dedicated promo code. The codes are case sensitive, so enter it exactly as it appears


Any guests with special needs or requests please include them in the notes section of the reservation.

Any reservation over 7 days in length, must be placed by calling the reservations staff.

When you place your booking you will have 3 options:

1.   Members can now pay a 50% deposit at the time of reservation, with the remaining payment due 7 days prior to arrival. This allows you to confirm your reservation without worry, as you will have plenty of time to make the remaining payment. This option however is non-refundable or transferable.

2.a 100% worry free, refundable option with the flexibility to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours prior for a full refund back to your credit card. This new option offers guests the freedom and peace of mind to book with confidence. It’s like having airline-style flexibility! Consider it Sawmill Travel Insurance 

3. You can pay in full at the time of booking, While our current rates will remain the same they are non- refundable
