As Sawmill accommodations are extremely limited in
availability, cancellation penalties apply.

 

When you place your booking you will have 3 options:
 

1.   Members can now pay a 50% deposit at the time of reservation, with the remaining payment due 7 days prior to arrival. This allows you to confirm your reservation without worry, as you will have plenty of time to make the remaining payment. This option however is non-refundable or transferable.

2.a 100% worry free, refundable option with the flexibility to cancel for any reason up to 48 hours prior for a full refund back to your credit card. This new option offers guests the freedom and peace of mind to book with confidence. It’s like having airline-style flexibility! Consider it Sawmill Travel Insurance

3. You can pay in full at the time of booking, While our current rates will remain the same they are non- refundable

Long Term / Snowbird Cancellation Policy( If you are staying 90 days + ) :

If you cancel  3 months or more of arrival you will receive a 100% refund minus your deposit.

 

60 days prior: Non Refundable

SPECIAL EVENTS are defined as New Years Week, Mardi Gras, Spring Break, Tongue & Groove, Halloween, Bear Weekends, Memorial Day, Puppy Weekends,  Chicks in the Sticks, July 4th, Labor Day, and Foam Party Weekends

( Discounts, coupons, Free Stays, and Promotional Rates are not accepted during these weekends)

 

ALL CAMP CREDITS EXPIRE IN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION AND CANNOT ROLLOVER. You must stay within the 60 days to use your credit. No extensions of any type are permitted and credits are non-transferable

 

PET FEE:
Pets are permitted in certain cabins with a $25.00 fee 
( No aggressive breeds permitted)
