Shareholder vs Non- Shareholder Lot

​

Purchasing a share gives you an ownership interest in the cooperative.

Shareholders may attend monthly shareholder meetings, vote on cooperative matters, and serve on committees.

  • Monthly cooperative dues: $150

  • Fiber internet: $41 per month

  • Transfer fee when selling your unit: $100

 

Non-Shareholder (Leased) Lot

A non-shareholder lot is leased from the cooperative and does not include an ownership interest in the business. Non-shareholders do not have shareholder voting, meeting, or committee privileges.

  • Monthly lot rent: $675

  • Fiber internet: $41 per month

  • Transfer fee when selling your unit: $5,000

* Any resident wishing to add their rental or for sale unit to the website must send a completed .pdf file which includes a description, lot number, all photos,  and contact info to justin@thesawmillresort.com
