Dear Residents and Guests,

As promised, I’m writing to provide you with regular updates on ongoing facilities improvements and major projects happening around the property. We’re continuing to make steady progress across several areas, and I want to thank everyone for their patience and support as we invest in a better Sawmill.


Well Project Update

After months of delay, the well project is finally moving forward.

  • We have switched companies and we are now awaiting the engineer’s final design, which will be submitted to the County for permitting!


Splash Bar Construction

Progress continues on the Splash Bar:

  • Trim and lighting are being installed

  • The new window is now in place

  • Our target date for exterior completion is July 15


Key West Siding

The siding for Key West is being re-quoted as we continue to look for efficient and affordable options.


Fencing Project

Fencing across the property is now approximately 50% complete, and the team is making steady headway.

Speed Bumps

To help reduce speeding in key areas, new speed bumps have been installed. This should significantly improve safety throughout the property. We ask that all guests and residents please avoid driving onto others lot in an effort to avoid these speed bumps. They are here for your safety!


Roofing for Lucy’s and the Spa

We are currently re-quoting the roofing projects for both Lucy’s and the Spa, ensuring we secure the best long-term value for these essential structures.


Wi-Fi Expansion

A major milestone is underway with Wi-Fi coverage:

  • Mike reports we are 80% complete on the current phase

  • Full Wi-Fi coverage will extend to Grape, Section 8, Millionaire Row, and all cabins

  • We remain on track to complete installation before July 4th
