As we head into another exciting week, I’m thrilled to share updates, news, and a few reminders for our wonderful community:
VIP Program in the Works- We’re in the early stages of creating a VIP Program that will allow guests to earn points during their visits, redeemable for perks like day passes. Additionally, we’re exploring a potential tiered membership system to enhance the Sawmill experience for all of our members. Stay tuned for more details!
Volunteer Cleanup Day Join us this Thursday (11/14/2024) at 9:30a.m. for a Volunteer Cleanup Day of the RV sites! Lunch will be provided for all volunteers, so please come ready to work and meet at site 144. Your efforts help keep Sawmill looking its best—thank you in advance for your support.
Ricky Lake Update Ricky Lake is currently running on a generator while we await final repairs from the electric company. Thank you for your patience as we work with them to restore full power.
Social Media Blitz Did you know that our website attracts over 90,000 visitors from around the world? Help us keep spreading the word about all that Sawmill has to offer by sharing your Sawmill experiences on social media! We have Tik Tok, Instagram, Snapchat, and X plus www.floridagaycamping.com
Gate Update We’re pleased to announce that all gates have been fixed. Residents are asked to use Gate 1, while guests will enter through Gate2 or Gate 3. Please remember to use your gate card for entry—your cooperation helps us keep everything running smoothly.
Community Financial Support Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community through the GoFundMe campaign, checks of $341 were disbursed to all employees to assist in financial recovery. Your kindness and support are deeply appreciated by everyone at Sawmill.
Pool and Kitchen Hours The pool will open at 9 a.m. daily, with food and beverage service starting at 11 a.m. Our kitchen hours are as follows:
Monday-Thursday: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday-Saturday: 9 a.m. - 12 a.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
