Weekly Newsletter from General Manager Justin Pamplin

Hello Sawmill Family,

We’re heading into spring with incredible energy, exciting projects, and continued momentum! Thank you all for being part of the journey—here’s your latest update from the park:

New Look Coming Soon

We’re giving the guardhouse a fresh new look with seasonal plants being planted in front of the area. It’s all part of enhancing our welcoming first impression as you enter the property.

Back 40 Gate – Code: 1969

The Back 40 gate is secured with access code 1969. Please do not share this code with non-residents—it’s for everyone’s safety. Also, please ensure all items are placed inside the large dumpster. Do not leave items on the ground outside. Let’s keep our park clean and safe.

Wi-Fi & Cell Service

We’re thrilled to announce a n upgrade to our Wi-Fi connection will be installed in guest areas and cell phone service will be available in Woody’s by July 4th weekend.

Work begins next week, and this upgrade will dramatically improve connectivity for all.

Trusted Vendor List Now at Lucy’s

Need help with a project? A Trusted Vendor List is now available at Lucy’s. These are professionals we recommend across a variety of specialties—from home improvement to landscaping and more.

Welcome Sign Update

The materials for the new welcome sign have arrived. Construction begins next week, and we’re excited to refresh this iconic entryway.

Splash Project – Starting Soon

We’re just waiting on a few more materials before we kick off the Splash Project. Once underway, it will be completed within three weeks. Get ready!

Pool Closure – April 28 & 29

The pool will be closed Monday, April 28th and Tuesday, April 29th for deck resurfacing. Thank you for your patience while we continue to beautify and maintain our facilities.

Foam Parties – Free for Residents

We’re excited to offer free entry to all Foam Parties for our residents. We’re also working on a few more perks—because Sawmill should always feel like home, fun included.

Curious about what’s on the horizon?

As promised, here’s a wish list of projects we’d like to see come to life over the next few months. These projects have not yet gone for final approval, but we’re sharing them now to give everyone an idea of what may be coming down the pipeline.
