We’re proud to share that Sawmill has made a $400 donation to the Florida Puppy Organization! Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible—your support helps uplift our wider LGBTQ+ community.

Excellent Audit Prep! ✅

We recently received praise from our CPA, and we couldn’t be more proud of how our finances and operations are being managed. Huge thanks to our team for maintaining transparency and excellence in every department!

Package Pickup Hours 📦

Please note that package pickup is available daily from 8 AM to 7 PM. Be sure to collect your items within this window to keep things running smoothly. This is due to our new security protocols.

Front Sign Update 🪧

The tiles have been selected and our front entrance sign is officially on its way to being repaired. Thank you for your patience—we’re excited to have a refreshed look welcoming everyone into the park!

Gate Intercom System – Now Active! 🎤

“May I take your order?” 😂 Our new intercom system at the gates is now fully installed and working beautifully. This system will help:

• Increase security

• Reduce congestion at entry points

Thank you for your cooperation as we implement this upgrade!

No Dumping of Construction Materials 🚫

Please remember: Only household trash is allowed in our dumpsters.

Dumping construction materials is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine if caught. Help us keep the park clean and safe for everyone!
