We’ve had a busy start to the year with exciting updates, improvements, and upcoming events to share. Let’s dive into what’s new around the park!
New Well Installation Update
The new well has been installed, but there are still a few more steps to complete before it's fully operational. We appreciate your patience as we continue working on this important project to enhance our park’s infrastructure.
January Customer Satisfaction Results
Our January overall customer satisfaction rating is 3.42 (B+). Thank you to our staff for their hard work and dedication to ensuring our guests have a great experience. Let’s keep pushing for that “A” as we move through the year!
Staff Training Updates
Our team has started their annual Human Trafficking Training and will soon begin Sexual Harassment Training to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests. We take these trainings seriously as part of our commitment to maintaining a respectful and supportive community.
Banana Bathrooms Upgraded
We’re excited to announce that the Banana Bathrooms have been updated! A huge thank-you to Larry and his team, who took advantage of the cold weather to complete the improvements. Great job, team!
Dog Wash Station Installation
A Dog Wash Station is being installed at the Banana Bathrooms! This wonderful addition was donated by The Sawmill Spa and Hass Family. Thank you so much for your generous contribution—it will be a fantastic amenity for our guests with furry friends!
KING Pageant – Next Saturday Night!
Join us for the KING Pageant next Saturday night at 7:30 PM, followed by a burlesque show from 9–10 PM. It’s sure to be an evening full of excitement and entertainment—don’t miss out!
Trash Compactor Issues
Our trash compactor has been experiencing issues, and the service company has been called twice to address the problem. In the meantime, please place your items next to the compactor, and our team will ensure proper disposal. We appreciate your understanding while we work on a solution.
Live Music Tonight – Craig Singleton Band!
Join us tonight in the courtyard at 9 PM for a live performance by the Craig Singleton Band! It’s the perfect way to kick off the weekend with great music and good company.
