We’ve got an action-packed week ahead and some great updates to share as we continue making exciting progress in 2025!
New Well Installation
We’re thrilled to announce that the installation of our new well will begin on January 27th and will be located in "Millionaire Row". This is an important project that will further enhance our infrastructure and serve the park well.
Site Leveling with Limestone
Next week, we’ll begin leveling a few sites with limestone. This will improve usability and guest satisfaction, so stay tuned for more updates as we continue these enhancements.
Pool Assessment
The pool will be assessed for cracks by a professional company next week. We’re committed to ensuring our facilities remain in top condition and appreciate your patience as we complete this work.

Over the next six months, we’ll focus on the following projects:
Guard Shack improvements
Renovations to Cabin 33 and 34
Siding updates on Key West
Sign Repairs Underway
We’re currently working on sign repairs and exploring the best options to restore and enhance them. More updates to come as we finalize the plan!
Tampa Pride Sponsorship

Gay Camp Conference
This weekend, we’re proud to welcome several campgrounds to the Gay Camp Conference, including:
Camp It
Farm Camp
Jones Pond
Camp Boomerang
Whispering Oaks
Timberfell
Join us on Saturday night at 8 PM to hear representatives from these campgrounds share insights about their unique offerings.
Membership Program Success
Our new membership program is off to an incredible start! Last week alone, we welcomed 162 new members, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Thank you for spreading the word and supporting this initiative!

Survey Results – Keep Up the Good Work!
Our surveys up through last week show that in 2025, we have a 3.24 (B average). Congratulations to the entire team for your hard work in maintaining guest satisfaction—let’s keep striving for that “A”!
